and i think u have different pressure in each side, left hand shud b 10-35psi, and right should be 5-15 or sumthin,

you need to undo the two plastic caps on top of sanctions
then let all the air out of both valves, unscrew the nuts that the valves are in, 19mm or sumthin, may b bigger like 24. push the forks all the way down, and in the right hand leg 'without the brake mount' put in one end of that adjuster i sent you, clockwise is faster rebound, anti is slower rebound, put the forks bak together, and put sum air in it, they are low pressure, so dont go any more than like 40psi or sumthin, ul have to fid out what suits ur weight, and riding style,
